At DIRECTV, I built and led a team of designers who designed streaming content and promotions for new movie releases. We also concepted and designed treatments to showcase events like the Oscars, winter holidays, Heroic Summer (super hero movies released during the summer), Entertainment 101 (movies releases that coincided with back to school), and magical worlds (Harry Potter) – along with seasonal promotions during spring and summer.
We also created hundreds of heros promoting new movie launches from existing key art, for streaming and TV pay-per-view. I got to work on some of my favorite new movies at the time–Star Wars, anything from Marvel, and Creed–which was a blast.
